Delivery time
The delivery time of available vials is generally about 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment (not included
the day of payment). If there are special shipping time requirements, please contact customer service in
advance to confirm before buying.

Please check the quantity in time when you receive the goods. If you find that the quantity is insufficient
or the parts are missing, please contact customer service within 3 days after signing the receipt. If the quality
is abnormal, please notify within 15 days after signing the receipt, otherwise it will be deemed as qualified.
About Returns
Please confirm the size,color and material of the vials really meets your needs before buying, non-quality
problems will not be returned. We only bear the loss of the bottle, not the responsibility after the canning
and other losses.
About packaging
Glass bottles are fragile. We use double bubble film and cartons for packaging. However, long-distance
transportation will inevitably cause damage. We will try our best to control the damage between 1% and
5%, and provide an additional 5% of spare parts .
